We tread the same paths of habit in our lives. I would bet that if you tracked your journeys over the period of a month then you would find that you have eroded the same little roads in your life. I believe the environment we create is a reflection of the inside world. What do I mean by this? Our neuronal brain pathways are reflected in our external environments. So, the question arises for me, can we really do something different?
In my view, what we take in will affect the output – so, are you ready to try something new?

Activating the Vagus Nerve
The vagus nerve is part of the (PNS) Parasympathetic Nervous System, as opposed to the (SNS) Sympathetic Nervous System.
The SNS is responsible for “taking action” and fighting or fleeing from danger and possible harm. You will understand that we don’t want to be in this state too much.
The PNS is responsible for “rest and digest”. We don’t want to be in this place all of the time, but we need to be here to come down from the active state and relax our mins and bodies.
